Who
Rebecca Steele is a highly experienced Communication Skills Consultant who coaches leaders of FTSE 100 companies and other senior level individuals.
She designs and delivers training programmes that help you communicate more effectively. Should you be preparing for a results day event, a roadshow or simply interested in furthering your communication strategies within your organization, Rebecca will create a bespoke programme specifically to suit your needs.
Her career started as a professional actor. She graduated from the prestigious Central School of Speech and Drama in London and worked for many years both in England and France. She began to apply her theatrical knowledge in the training room over 16 years ago, helping senior executives hone their presentation skills. She then furthered her expertise in advanced communication and qualified as an NLP practitioner in 2006.
Clients she has worked with, often in conjunction with leading communication companies, include; Telecom Poland, CRH plc, The United Nations, KPMG, PWC, Goldman Sachs, UBS, Deutsche Bank, B.P, The European Court of Human Rights, The Council of Europe and many more.
Rebecca is also an expert in forum theatre and has worked extensively as a business roleplayer, using drama based training to bring theoretical concepts to life.
How
Rebecca is passionate about helping people develop a greater awareness of both themselves and others in order to communicate effectively. Her philosophy is that the people she works with already have great skills; she simply assists them in identifying these and helps individuals to reach their full potential.
Rebecca is expert at working with members of the executive committee and excellent at giving highly constructive and developmental feedback, which will maxmise the effectiveness of your communication.
